Do you think there is a certain diet to eat to help you out mentally, not just physically? It would seem logically what's good for one is good for the other...but that's just a logical guess with no support for it. I figure extra fruits and veggies, and perhaps omega 3s, would be the way too go. Gonna need a little help in school this year
