C'mon. Give me some credit. I'm leaving to lift here in the next hour. Twizzlers will be eaten then for the healthy all naturaly carbs.

I prefer Sour Patch Kids for unrefined, muscle building carbs with lots of healthy fiber to go along with them :grin:
