No its perfectly okay... I don't mind this...

Last time I had this test was around 2 years back...At that time I don't used to do even 1% exercise... and very less physical activity(I m a s/w engineer)

That last HB1AC test was not showing good results... they weren't either so bad also...

But since 1.5 years back... I am training hard with weights and I also do some cardio ... Also since that time, I quite smoking and drinking too... completely...

Now, I feel very healthy and energetic...

I would be doing my HB1AC and the other tests you mentioned this weekend also...

I live in India, New Delhi.

How do you get your health care? Do you have to pay for each test? Are you taking medicine? Do you have to pay for it yourself?

Yes, I take Triglimiprex 2 mg tablet(twice per day)...

Well, if you haven't had an HBa1c for 2 years, it would be good to do it again soon, and the microalbuminuria test would be good as well, if they are something you can afford.

Alrighty then. Good control of your diabetes is the most important thing for your overall health. Lifting should help with that. Creatine probably wouldn't hurt, but I doubt if it will contribute much to your health.

Yeah... I will keep all my tests on schedule from today onwards... Also, I have dropped the idea of taking creatine... Instead I will rely on fish and Whey...

thanks for sharing your knowledge and advise with me, it is really helpfull...
