The fat is reduced when the carbs are increased, I can't rememeber exactly the percentage but its quite low, maybe 15%. Depending on your goals though. My girlfriend has been doing it a while and at weekends she has pizza, fish n chips, anything she feels like and she's still losing weight. It depends how fast you want the weight to come off really. I'd prefer to have a gradual decrease and still enjoy my food, but if you've got a holiday or something then be strict. Did you manage to get a copy?
