It's funny but people keep coming to the Paleo way of eating from a lot of different directions. It all comes down to eating real food.

Well, I'm not in America, but the tinned meat is there, just not very popular. We used to use it when I was a kid. I kind of liked a slice of the stuff fried with slice of pineapple on top.

It's kind of funny that Spam, was something you got for a meal that you don't want when anything better was available. Now Spam e-mail is something you get that you don't want. Now we get both in 1 thread!!
