It's not so much a ratio as rate of change. If you go completely off grain and go heavy on fruit and veg, it has to have an effect. Avoid caffeine also. Whats the color of the stool? and yeah, if i have a cheat meal like mcdonald's or something i have large solid $h1t...two flush no wipe!!
