Body clock shifts. Like if your first sleep hours starts at 10 in the evening then on the next 4 days you are awake at this time. If you try to sleep again
at 10 in the evening, you can't. Your body for 4 days wasn't sleeping at 10.
Sleeping on the right time is very important but if there are cases that you can't do it, just let yourself have a complete 8 hours sleep. And if you like to start sleeping again at 10 in the evening, do something that will make you very exhausted at daytime so can have a sound sleep at night.
