any more feed back on it? planning to order the vanilla rice tonight. really need to be hitting the protein shakes.

The vanilla doesn't seem to mix at all. It separates into sludge in no time at all. But if you drink it right after you mix it, it's fine.

Mind you this is all hand-shaking, not using a blender, I don't know if that would make a difference.

I haven't noticed my strength going down or anything though!

i got 3lbs of natural premium choco and 3lbs of vanilla. look forward to finally having something to chug right away before and after lifting.
