I have made it a purpose to avoid HFCS within the last couple of months- the one place I was still using it was in condiments and the coffee creamer I was buying. Even though I've probably been eating more food within the last couple of months (and more carbs as well)- my body composition has changed for the better. I had stalled for a little while and I'm not sure if its some sort of placebo effect, or because I gave it up, but I can attest to what this article says. I've even been drinking juice (100% no sugar added) instead of diet sodas and I figured I was gonna gain some fat- but haven't yet.
