Just wondering wondering what are the optimal ratios for bulking and cutting. Right now I am cutting weight. In May, I weighed in at 231lbs and now I am down to 201lbs. I looked at my ratio last night and I have been doing 50p/35c/15f. I still feel strong and both my dead lifts and lat pull downs are going up, while my bench and shoulder press is staying the same. I have been losing around 1lb/week and would like to get down to around 180lbs and then start bulking again.
