good beef recipe

I know some good beef rcipes but I wanna know if one in particular is good enough to eat on a high fat, high protein diet. Ok so you take beef and cut it up into many many small pieces. then you take a pan and oil it up. After that you stir fry the beef in oil. when its done, take out the beef with a metal spatula with holes in it to drain excess liquid. Is this good enough for my type of diet? I plan to start doing this for second to last major meal from now on.

It sounds like you are cooking the beef.... a waste of time IMO. Use your teeth to chew the raw beef. This works the pterygoids.

Personally I like to combine eating and exercise by hunting and slaughtering the cow before I eat it raw. When I first started I used as many utensils/tools/weapons as I found necessary. Over time I increased the challenge by reducing my tools down to a pair of chopsticks.

IMO if I see a meal I'm eating and think "God that looks greasy/oily" I just have it play on my mind that I need to make up the balance with some omega 3 - so I'll have tuna salad the next day and a couple more fish oil.

I want to know why you question if it would be good.
You know the macronutrients in beef-- even if you don't know exact percentages, right?
So what about this "recipe" are you questioning?

let me add to this.

does cooking it too much reduce the quality of the protein?

And if I eat 20 lbs of beef before doing 200 squats of 1.5x BW, will I still be able to do 400 burpees, while taking a cold shower with onions, and not explode?

I think a better question is Can your body absorb the protein that you eat?
Although it's not an easy question to answer, the rate of nutrient absorption is why you should eat many meals throughout the day.
If you eat too much protein that your body can't absorb, you'll have diarrhea and flatulence.... not to mention fewer friends.

Fried beef? Yuk. Get a pressure cooker and make beef stew. Cube the beef, add carrots, potatoes, cabbage, etc, add a little water, salt and pepper... cook for 40 minutes. Very little nutrient loss, no oil, and super easy. You can do the same thing in a crock pot -- it just takes 6 hours longer.
Or try home-made chicken soup... same, 40 minutes....

This is a good way to cook beef, but I would use olive oil to increase it's health benefits. Corn oil, and vegetable oil is very bad for your body and should be avoided. If I were you, I would disregard bam's advice about eating it raw. This is great advice if you want to risk serious illness or death. I have known of people who would do this, but if you ask me, it's really not worth the risk.

I've eaten raw beef. It's better than it sounds. I believe the dish was called carpaccio, or something like that.

carpaccio is one of my wife's favourite meals.
with some dressings (lemon juice/balsamic vinegar/little bits of cheese) it's something i'd eat - of course, it depends on the beef.
some people can go a bit wavy when you mention raw beef, but sashimi doesn't seem to draw any negative attention.
