The definition of a healthy diet is debatable, as is the benefit of lowering cholesterol. The diet I normally promote is based on meat, eggs and fish, high in cholesterol and saturated fats. I consider it to be a balanced diet based on lifestyles of successful primitive populations and before nutritionists and politicians got involved.
