I do like the word "impart" though. I'm a huge fan of mash-ups that convey the intent
"Flustrated" being an obvious choice

I'm working on eating more bitter food. I'm getting real tired of the good-tasting stuff.

spam or not, I do agree that one must consider who they are before embarking on a particular diet.
and this might be a good time to mention that Mackerel is delicious and cheap.

The generic title, I presume.stuward wrote:Mackerel and sardines, Doesn't get much better than that.

Yea, had Mackeral in cupboard for a few months, was just a bit hesitant/squeamish. Then, I eased into it with Sardines. Lots of sardines. I'm all about that Mackeral now. I dont' go for those recipes with tomato sauce, or making patties I'm a simple man. Straight out of the can, or maybe dumped on a bed of spinach with some evoo. Goes good to accompany scrabled eggs and sauteed spinach after a workout. But you already know that!
Re: Healthy Eating Tips
Next time you're in Nova Scotia, call me and we can go down to the wharf and get some fresh mackeral, or lobster, depending on the season.

If you meant that as a contribution to a serious thread, welcome, but you found the wrong thread! If you are a dirty rotten low-down no-good scumbag spammer, then this is the right thread for you to post to.allenbrook wrote:As you age, you synthesize new proteins less efficiently, so your muscle mass diminishes while your fat content stays the same or rises.
