how much protein is in 100g of:

- lean top round beef (raw)
- lean turkey breast (raw)

As a rough guide, i've always concidered any kind of meat to be around 30% protein.

Does cooking destroy protein? I suppose I can google that

Cooking alters the individual proteins, but the amino acids are there, and that's what you use from the meat.

100g of raw meat may have 17.8g of protein.

An approximation to the nearest 0.1 gm? That's not very approximate.

my favourite are the ones like:

"i think it is importance to consider healthy aspects of life and be a scientific whenever it may possible. Diet is key to giving ourselves understanding of many facets underlying of health"

you can tell straight away whether or not something's an attempt at spam by the syntax
