relatively empty calories often with HFCS and seed oils
Fat folks like me can't afford the wasted calories when trying to reduce overall

I do find some breads and cereals contain that special kind of fiber that aides in packing and shipping

I do. Alone, with people, whatever. Anytime is a good for a drink (well except for at work or while driving). Of course I'm never really alone, as I have 3 cats here. Plus my wife will be home eventually.
na man I don't like it at all. I find myself shouting at the tv and weird $h1t like that.
That's one of my hobbies.

They just like water. One of them was curious about what I was drinking one time. It was Scotch. I put the glass up to her nose, and got the expected reaction. She quickly turned her head and was no longer interested in what I had. It was kinda funny.

Good thing. It might get expensive having to buy scotch for them all the time.

I hope this post isn't over it sounds like fun. It seemed to stop with what people would bring to the island. I'm going to post the food that I want and can't wait till we start talking about the workouts we...oops it's just me, I will be doing.

Food List:
Bottled Water
Beef steaks
Pasta Noodles
Chicken
Canned Corn
Canned Greens
Canned Stringbeans
Oranges
Apples
Tea: Orange Pekoe
Coffee:Dark Roast
Ying Ling Beer: wait that's processed right? Ok a bottle of Moscado Risato
We're not trying to put down a whole packing list are we?

You can have 12 foods, and don't need to count water. You can also have 2 fats (butter, oil, etc.) Also, you don't have to have canned veggies, because on our fantasy island, a fresh supply of everything appears every 3 days. So, by my calculations, you have room for 4 more foods on your list.
