Arganine

Post by Oniw17 » Thu Dec 27, 2012 8:28 am

I'd like to hear what people think about arganine. I've heard that in high doses, it can be the cause of(for lack of a better word) limp dick. Is this the case? And if it is, are the benefits of taking the supplement worth the risks? And how does one measure dosage(since different brands recommend different doses)?

It appears to be safe up to 20G a day. Whether it works or not is another question.

Sol, welcome to ExRx forum. I've seen your site on Reddit a lot and knew it was a fantastic supplement source. You guys have done a great job on sorting this stuff out.

In general the people who run the website do not use the forums; perhaps someone can give you direct contact information?

Sol, Ironman is the Admin. I'm sure he'll reply. None of us on the forum have anything to do with teh site but Ironman has James' contacts. James Griffing is the driver behind the site. http://exrx.net/People/People.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There are links in the main site to contact James. I believe that he is pretty good about replying. None of the active forum members are involved in the content of the site.

You can contact me via the forum admin e-mail. [email protected]

I can loop in James. There had been contact info up before, but now all I see is the order e-mail for the store, and the mailing address.
