Interesting article, but I can't see the tables.

The tables worked for me but they open in popups.

I tried uploading the ppts but my firewall is preventing it. Attached are images of the tables.

This is a 4 year old thread. However, this forum doesn't have much activity any more. People have moved to Reddit and Facebook.

Yes, I do agree with you Mod stuward. But still, its better we plan something good to have more enguagements on Forums and boost ads incomes.

If you have something new to contribute, please start a new thread. If you want to help out others with your knowlege, please do. This site doesn't get as much traffic since Tim died. Most of the other regulars from back then have left. I know a few check in from time to time. The site has never had many new visitors. The forum and the site are largely unrelated. The site has their own revenue model and hosts the forum. The forum is run by volunteers.

Better for what? Both have their place. Chances are that any study that compares them to each other is measuring the wrong thing. If you want to improve your running, you need to run. If you want to improve your relationship, have sex.
