Workout recovery for people with ALOT of food allergies?

Just wondering what would work...I know its crazy how many allergies I've developed, but I know for sure I am allergic to soy, milk, and peanuts/nuts, and its pretty bad (not going into shock bad, but hives and rashes bad). I was wondering what's a good option for a post workout recovery that has some decent protein? Some gatorade with some chicken or something?
