What to eat

Post by Franc_ » Mon Jun 20, 2016 7:31 pm

I am new to sport in general, I started because I want to gain weight.
I have two questions.
1) What should I eat before a workout? In dietary guidelines its written what to eat after but not before.
2) What can I eat when I am not in home? I spend half of my day in college, I don't know what to take or buy there

Thanks in advanced :thumbleft:

1. you pre workout meal should fuel you through your workout and normally it's simply your regular meal. It should be balanced with carbs, fat and protein. Some people like a pre-workout supplement but that's optional. What is important is that you have protein with a couple hours one way or the other of your workout.

2. Plan your meals in the context of the entire day so you meet your overall goals. If one meal is less than optimal, adjust your other meals to compensate. Leftovers from the day before are usually a convenient way to get your lunch. Just make an extra serving and store it in the fridge.

You essentially require a bigger number of calories than ordinary to keep up and put on weight. For instance, in the event that you have been enduring with weight reduction, you likely require a greater number of calories than "ordinary" just to keep up your weight.

This issue is effectively tended by essentially expanding your calorie allow incrementally until you either encounter weight put on or weight upkeep, contingent upon your objectives. For instance, you may require 500 calories above "ordinary". Still, before you begin, compute the normal every day number of calories you expend to guarantee that you have not coincidentally been eating not exactly suggested.
