Nausea before workout?

I know this is probably a psychological thing, but sometimes before I workout, I feel like puking... especially in morning workouts even when I have a proper pre-workout meal.
How do I fix this?

Think about what is exactly going through your mind before you workout. Are you worrying about anything? Are you taking nice deep breaths and feel relaxed before you workout? What meals are you eating before you workout and how do you feel right after you eat each of these meals? Are you taking at least an hour rest to digest before you workout? Ask yourself these questions.
For me, I only feel like puking if I workout right after I eat and if I do not take an hour rest at least. Usually it would be hour and a half-2 hours after I eat I would start working out (as far as running and such), but for weightraining, it would usually be an hour after I eat.
