Equivalency running versus bicycling

Post by dave54 » Mon Dec 14, 2020 11:58 am

A physical fitness assessment I am looking at has a score for various activities, points for running, pushups, pullups, etc and the object is to accumulate the highest number of points.
One test is running. Because of an old leg injury I have difficulty running and bicycle instead. I save my running for actual testing, not training.
I want to figure out how many km and minutes on a bicycle equals running 2.4 km in 10:35 (which is 32 points) and 2.4 km in 9:30 (50 points).
Searching for conversion factors on-line has not been successful.
Can anyone point me towards a conversion algorithm?
