Winged scapular

Exercises for winged scapular and tight
/weak serratus anterior
Right side produces and rid cage from the back when lying down and performing push ups
Lying prone more pronounced
Causing lower back problems, very swag
Links or ideas please

I just realized you asked a question here. Your post is hard to read since you used some words incorrectly. Instead of "produces", you likely meant "Protudes" and instead of "rid" you likely meant "rib" and "swag" should be "swayed". I'm not going to correct your lack of punctuation and incomplete sentences.

I'm going to assume you did a basic Google search and found solutions to these problems. Let us know if you need something specific.
