Gaining mass loosing fat

Can I do weights 4-5x weekly, cross fit 3x weekly
And gain muscle and loose fat
Cross fit been explosive working, mass building being gaining muscle
Eating good diet, making sure my micronutrients are correct

Weights and Crossfit can be overdoing it. Listen to your body and pay attention to your recovery needs. You can't build muscle without adequate recovery. You can't lose fat without a proper diet. What you're doing can work but you need to pay attention to the details.
