Been a long while from i posted. I have a labral tear and displaced left shoulder it makes training really difficult and i can't lift the weights i'm capable of..one that is really annoying me is dumbell bicep curls my right arm could probably go another 6 to 8 kgs up an my left is struggling with the weight..any advice on getting more of an effective workout? i know i need to work more on strengthening my damaged shoulders surrounding muscles .
