An English professor wrote on the blackboard:
"A woman without her man is nothing"
and asked the class to properly punctuate the sentence.
All the males in the class wrote:
"A woman, without her man, is nothing"
All the females in the class wrote:
"A woman: without her, man is nothing"
Punctuation is powerful !
Which reminds me of George Carlin's take.
Ranger Dan and his big dog, Dick
or is it, Ranger Dan and his big dog dick.

The edit was me by the way. Just thought I'd replace the spam link with what George Carlin has to say about punctuation. No matter how bitter he gets I still remember the days when he was funny.

Yea, it has been a while..... He was funny when I was a teen-ager and I'm 30 now.... Of course his best stuff was before I was born.
