As you may have seen I tried some overhead work today. Part of it was trying to just do static holds above my head to learn to control weight overhead. My question is, how do I know when I'm ready to increase the weight I'm holding. And also how long I should aim to do each set. Today for instance I did
1 set 60 seconds 65lbs and
2 sets 30 seconds 65lbs.
wondering if I should do (in the future):
3s 30 seconds 95lbs or
3s 10 seconds 135lbs
What would give me the best results for control?
