I have just recently started looking into Creatine and think I will experiment with it a bit.
However, I haven't the slightest idea on how to buy it.
Are there guidelines to selecting Creatine based on goals and whatnot?
Is Creatine like protein powder, in the sense that there's whey, casein, hybrids, etc?
What type of Creatine do you guys use (for those who do use it)?
