Here's some variety for you in case you're not into the real heavy stuff.

-Survivor by Destiny's Child
-Take On Me by A-ha
-The Middle by Jimmy Eat World
-Ultimate by Lindsay Lohan

and if you like classical ...
-The Four Seasons by Vivaldi, Summer, 3rd movement
-Concerto for Violin, Strings and Continuo in A minor, BWV 1041, 3rd movement
+ many more if you're interested...

Gov't Mule: 'The Deep End' (vol. 1 and 2)
Widespread Panic: 'Ain't Life Grand' and 'Space Wrangler'
Derek Trucks Band: 'Joyful Noise'
The Flaming Lips: 'Soft Bulletin'
Drive By Truckers: 'Southern Rock Opera'

I've been running to the Raconteurs album 'Broken Boy Soldiers' lately, and I keep a good pace with it.

nickleback and godsmack are good for lifting.
em - I've probably ran 500 miles to "Lose Yourself." Its beat is perfect for my stride. It was perfect when I needed a pace for the last 5 miles of a 20 mile run.
My music tastes are all over the board, though.
