hi guys, i have a question please help me!

Hi everybody,

I just want to know if this exercise performed with very light weights could be a good way to target safely the side delts if you have slight impingement ?

In other words, does this exercice allows to work side delts while avoiding impingement's zone ?

Moreover, could it help to rehab my impingement (indeed with training others rotator cuff's muscles and stretching) ?

Start exercise with light weight and see how much you can lift up easily.

I was doing that exercise and found it quite effective
