Need help?

well my prob is that i don't know the right method to burn the fat around my abdomen. I've been training since february and well the i can't see a much real change.

what should i do to burn it in an effective way?

can i reduce it in two months time and by how much?

Before going for fat burning make sure you have to cut down carbs from your diet and start drinking black coffee or green tea. You have to maintain both diet and exercises then only will get you results.

I do not remember exactly, but I think that at rest fat provides roughly 75% of the energy. So, if basal energy expenditure per day would be e.g. 2400 (240 kcal/h) then 1800 kcal would be from fat (180 kcal/h). In reality diet and training state affects the quite a bit to fat/cho ratio. If your diet is high in carbs, especially high GI, and you are in bad aerobic shape, the energy provided by carbs is much higher. Maybe you need some drugs like clen...maybe.
