Need help?

well my prob is that i don't know the right method to burn the fat around my abdomen. I've been training since february and well the i can't see a much real change.

what should i do to burn it in an effective way?

can i reduce it in two months time and by how much?

Before going for fat burning make sure you have to cut down carbs from your diet and start drinking black coffee or green tea. You have to maintain both diet and exercises then only will get you results.

I suggest you clen 14 days. Dose in a pyramid. 10,20,40,60,80,100,120,140,120,100, 80,60,40,20
