I may start using tempo training with a few of my clients. Slow eccentric, isometric, concentric variations. I am too lazy to consult my "Triphasic" Book from Cal Dietz.
Clients: 40+, Males and also 18-21 Male and Female D3 Hockey Players.
Should I expect to be adjusting recovery time and overall programming due to neuro recovery also? Like with Plyometrics or heavy lifting?
Has any worked with these techniques and found a good rule of thumb? Ie, Once a week temp with longer recovery etc.
Thanks Travis
