Hey, there!
I have been following a beginner's routine which includes the 75-Degree Incline DB Press. Someone told me it targets the upper part of the chest BUT it really feels like I'm training my shoulders.
So please, what does this exersice target?
Thanks!

Re: 75-Degree Incline DB Press
The pectoral muscle has 2 heads, the Sternal and Clavicular. Both are stimulated by this exercise but it does preferentially stimulate the clavicular head, also known as the upper chest. This exercise also hits the anterior deltoid which is why you feel it in the shoulders. More exercises for that area can be found here: https://exrx.net/Lists/ExList/ChestWt#Clavicular
