I was wondering how come some men have abdominal muscles that look shifted, like one side is lower than the other and sometimes the top two of the six pack are separated alot? Is that just how some peoples muscles are or is there some exercise that can be done to make the muscles look more aesthetically pleasing?
I think everyone has one side higher then the other. That is just how they are. Seperation is just bodyfat. You just get your bodyfat lower and it will look better. When your abs are big they can kind of stick out or hang a bit because of them being heavy. You can do stomach vacums to strengthen your internal abdominal wall to improve that. Otherwise it just ammounts to lowering fat levels.
