heal

can anybody advise me in what i have done, i was out sledging with my daughter and my fett were hanging out the sledge i hit a path heals first and the pain is absoulty excruicating can anbody tell me how long i will suffer this pain i cant walk far and my trainn is at a stop cause i cant run

go to a doctor! there are so many small bones in the foot, you may have something broken.
