How much Rest?

Thanks for taking a look.

I am currently on a full-body workout Mon-Wed-Fri and doing Cardio (Sprints, Hills and steady state running) inbetween on Tuesday, Thurs, and Sat. Current workout below

W-A
Squats
Dips
Pull-ups ( Pronated, Supinated and Neutral grips)
BB Military Press
Traveling Lunges
Planks (60-90 SEC HOLD)

W-B
BB Deadlift
Double Medicine Ball pushup
Single Med ball pushup
Step-ups
Supine Body Row
Lat Raises
Atomic Crunches

3 sets of 10 on compound lifts
almost to failure on body weight

Workout A Workout B Workout A and vice versa

I feel like I am overtraining with this format so I have come up with this instead

Weight Training
Cardio
OFF
Weight Training
Cardio
OFF
Weight Training
Cardio
OFF

or should I go with this for rest periods

Weight Training
Cardio
Weight Training
Cardio
Weight Training
OFF
OFF
OFF

I am trying to come up with more rest periods withing this routine. I want to keep it structured and max my rest periods.
Any suggestion will help. And thank you all.

Just my opinion, but I like you're first suggestion. WT, Cardio, Rest, repeat. Sounds like a good mix of things, and follwing the weight day with cardio would be similar to active rest, even though your body is still working, and the 3rd day of rest should provide adequate recuperation, but people vary, and the best way to determine what work best for you is to try it, but again, I think you're first choice is good.
