Thanks for your effort, but I can train more than 2 times a week, so should I use your workout and do it 2 times a week (ABXABXX or ABXAXBX)?

It's this one:

Workout # 1 (full-body)
Squat
Bench Press
Bent-over Row
Dumbbell Lateral
Pushdown

Workout # 2 (full-body)
Straight-back Straight-leg Deadlift
Shoulder Press
Pull-up, Chin-up or Pull-down
EZ-bar Curl
One-leg Calf Raise

With that Program you might want to try something like this:

Week A = AXBXAXX
Week B = BXAXBXX

This way you won't be training the same muscle groups two days in a row.

And what if I'd take the Push-Pull routine? Am I able to do a workout two days after each other, or is it just the same?

Not with the push/pull program I described, since again you would be training some of the same muscle groups two days in a row.
