tues chest and back flat bench press, incline bench press, flies machine,
rowing machine, lat pulldowns machine, and hyperextension.
thursday legs and shoulders squats, lunges, lying leg curls, standing calves machine, db upright rows, db front lateral raises, and rear delts machine.
saturday triceps and biceps undergrip pullups, incline db curls, standing reverse curls, dips, skull crushers, and close grip bench press. i try to do cardio on my off 1-2 times a week and suggest would be appreciated. im thinking shoulders is not a really good routine because theres no shoulder press but anyways yeah let me know what u people think thanks

Add some type of overhead press for shoulders and some type of deadlift. Also you might want to add a second type of row, preferable barbell of dumbbell. Meanwhile, you can drop the front laterals and the flys.

Also, you may want to try a different training split, since your first two workouts are presumedly much longer and more difficult than your arm workout. For example, you might train chest, delts and triceps on Tuesday, back, traps and biceps on Thursday and Legs on Friday.

I dont see anything wrong with his training split in terms of workout length. I think you can spend as much time on arms. I would place your shoulder workout on the day you workout the triceps otherwise they (your triceps) are going to get blasted 3 days per week. This will give more time for the legs (they definately deserve their own day) and add some more compound move options to the 3rd day which is proned to isolation stuff.
