Thats correct SJ 205 -210 pds is my goal - I dont mind if its a bit more, as long as I look and be fit.

Didnt know that about situps- I will give them the arse for now -Thanks guys.

Try a full-body workout using two workout routines such as

workout a
workout b

A- Squats
Chin ups
Rom Deadlift
Dips
B- Deadlift
Incline Press
Lunges
Bent-over-row.

This should hit everything. Take up to three off days inbetween.

I was going to give you a spiel about diet, but since you're pretty close to your ideal weight, it's not that important. Besides, someone with a boxing background probably knows a lot about making weight already.

Calorie reduction negatively affects workouts, anyway. Just pick a workout, give it your best, and let us know how you make out .
