I am only here to provide a giggle every now and then. I am a dedicated listener to all those who have come before me and believe my knowledge has grown tremendously by listening to the old ones who know. Another jab, but mad respect to you guys. Merry Christmas to all and may you all survive the New Year rush at your respective gyms.

Isn't that the truth. I'll have to park on the other side of the lot Until early February when they give up and go back to being couch potatoes. Oh well at least they don't take up benches and racks. They just get on their little hamster wheels where they are out of the way.

Parking? Whats that? Gym? Whats that? Seriously, i just accumulated weights over the years, I store them in my k-word, and go out back to workout. We've had a very warm ( for us) winter here in Va, so it's doable. Last summer got pretty nasty, with the heat and dampness, but it was doable. For those of you that do go to gym's, LOL, watch the rush, but it will end in no time.

Amen to that! Also the free weight room at my gym is downstairs in a seperate area from the treadmills, stair climbers, exercise bikes and cable weight machines, which is nice since I don't have anyone complaining about me sweating and grunting.

PS.) Merry Christmas

Well, I won't clutter up your gyms with my first of the year resolve to get back in shape. <g>

But I DO hope to clutter up my own basement gym getting back to it!

It seems like I've spent most of this year getting OUT of shape! ha!

Hope all my old friends here are having a wonderful Christmas Day.

I'm going to make a concerted effort to read here every day again. maybe that will help me get my motivation back in the right spot.

Happy Holidays!
