This might sound like a weird question, but if I am working out my upper back on one day, do you think its alright too do rows and arm stuff here at my house, but then wait till later in the day (around 6 hours) and do pull ups at work? The reason I ask is there is nothing to do pull ups on here at the house (nothing to support 175 pounds at least) but at work there is a big sturdy door I can do them on. I have been doing this for a little bit but just wonder if eventually I'll screw up my muscles or something.
