It's something simlarly related to 'Cross fit'

Or Daily undulateing random periodization. Im doing a bit of research on it now, fortunately im a phd student so I get access to gazillions of online research journals.

Crossfit and the Gymjones type promote a paleo type of diet, similar to the Zone or South Beach.

Only the ratios are similar though. Actual paleo is meat, veggies, nuts and fruit. That's it. If you can't pick it or cut it out of an animal you can't eat it. It's healthy. Zone and southbeach are easier to stick to though.
