3x132.5kg deadlift

4th set of a 5x3 routine. PR for 3RM, and slightly more than my predicted 3RM. BW 82kg.

Close-grip Bench Press - 315 lbs for 1 rep (11/07/07)

As usual, I lowered the bar to my chest and paused for a full second before pressing out. The bar went up pretty easy. I tried for 325 lbs on my next set and nearly got it (probably should have tried for 320 lbs).

PS.) These are shoulder-width close-grips, not thumbs touching.

Flat bench 3 X 6 315

I pyramided up on incline bench to 2 reps of 315. I never dreamed...

I decided on a whim to try the CrossFit Total yesterday. Anyway, I'm glad I did, since I set new PRs on all three lifts.

Barbell Squat - 395 lbs
BB Military Press - 205 lbs
Standard Deadlift - 405 lbs
Total = 1005 lbs

Shoulder Press 3x50kg (previous PR was 1x50kg)
Weighted Chinup 2x3x25kg (previous PR was 1x27.5kg), bodyweight 82kg.

Today I did some 1RM tests and calculations

Bodyweight 74kg

Chin-up: Bodyweight + 25kg: 4reps

Push Press: 4x70kg : 1RM = 76kg

Deadlift: Measured from a 1rep : 1RM = 160kg

Bench Press : Measured from 5x100kg (no spotter) : 1RM = 113kg

Power Clear : Measured from 1 rep : 1RM = 85kg

I was pretty impressed, both with myself and GF, she managed the following @ body weight of 53kg

1xChin up.
1RM Pushpress 32.5kg
1RM Deadlift 60kg
1RM Benchpress 35kg
1RM Power Clean 32.5kg

For only 6-7 weeks training she is doing really well bless her.

power clean and push press x 165lbs - max reps in 10 minutes

57 reps in 7:45 minutes.

Gassed. F##K the 10 minutes!

bwt = 175lbs

okay i am 5'10"-5'11", ~173 pounds (~77kg)
still fairly new to squats and deadlifts. not prepared to go too heavy yet.

bench press 1 RM: 298lb (132.5kg)
pullup 6RM: 252lb (body weight + 35kg)
squats 10RM: 270lb (120kg)
deadlift (romanian) 10RM: 292.5lb (130kg)
shoulder press 1RM: 213lb (95kg)

Just finished a 4week strength/power period before I start pushing the power endurance and endurance for the race in March. Not particularly impressed with the gains :( Looks like I didn't do something right :(

Bodyweight 74kg.

Squat: 1RM 120kg (up 5kg)
Deadlift: 1RM 165kg (up 5kg)
Chestpress 1RM 115kg (no change, but I have no spotter so maybe this is mental)
Pushpress 1RM 77kg (up 2kg)
Power Clean 1RM 85kg (up 5kg).

My Girlfriend is comming on strong, after about 10 weeks of training she is deadlifting 65kg, squatting 40kg, Chest Pressing 40kg and push pressing 35kg.

Squat - 90kg 3x5
Deadlift - 105kg 1x5
Benchpress - 70kg 3x5
Press - 45kg

Bodyweight - 74kg approx
