325 Bench (Flat-Back, non-PL Style) @ 210lbs BW. New best at that body weight.

Finally hit 400lb deadlift, well 408.5 due to a mix of imperial and metric plates,
Wooh! delighted with this at B/W of 165lbs

Good job! How long have you been DLing, and where (weight-wise) did you start? How old are you?
(Yeah, yeah, I know. We shouldn't compare ourselves with anyone but ourselves, but this sounds like a message of hope for me in my goal of reaching 400.)

Thanks doc, Been lifting about two and a half years, lifting properly for about 18 months. I'm 30 in a couple weeks and had it in my head to pull 400 before then. First time i deadlifted i was struggling for 175. Also looking at your log you are going about it a lot more intelligently than i did, so you'll definitely hit 4 plates before too long!
I, like many have been using 5/3/1, with a few weeks here and there of heavy singles and doubles to see where am at, delighted that i hit this milestone but now all i can think is 500!!, Hit 240 bench today as well which i was happy with.
Jebus, I'm 5'7 so not as far to pull as a lot of guys, still felt like a long way though!! It was during my warm ups that i had my blackout (at 350lbs!)
