75# TGU both sides.

I had to use a dumbbell since it would have been to hard to balance 3 kettlebells. My previous sticking point was during the sitting up stage. I transitioned to a side arm bar first and then pushed up with my non-working hand. It certainly made a difference.

magnificent Stu.
IIR, you have issues with your rotator cuf, ya? Man, way to overcome. I'm just doing dufflebag get ups for now, until I feel more confident in the shoulder strength.

Thanks. The TGUs actually help the rotator cuff, now that my shoulder can support the weight. I have a physio re-assesment later this week.

Barbell Box Squat = 3 sets x 335 lbs for 5 reps

Felt pretty easy.

60 kg/135 lbs bench press, 3 reps. Almost bodyweight; yes I'm not very heavy.
I am quite pleased with this. My bench press is now above average at my gym. I need to find a better one.

80 lb TGU each hand. The second PR this year on this exercise. I'm starting to think that my long term goal of 100 lbs is not out of reach.

Are you also feeling now that it may not actually be the last thing you ever do?

:)
