I set another PR on Friday. It was my third new PR for the week.
Barbell Squat (high-bar) = 350 lbs for 1 rep

I would have set a new PR on Standard Deadlifts also, but my grip gave out mid-rep at 385 lbs (I used to do all my deadlifting with wrist straps).

Straight-leg Deadlift - 290 lbs for 4 reps
I was trying for 5 reps and would have easily had a 5th rep, but my grip gave out after rep number four (I was using one of the thich 1.5" diameter bars).

I have always wondered, do those thick bars weigh the same (45 lbs) as the regular bars?
I've also wondered how much those short curl bars weigh.

The thick bars at my gym are 7' long and at least 50 lbs (so 290 lbs is actually a conservative estimate). I've seen 2" and 3" diameter 7' bars advertised that weigh more.

I guess the curl bar weight must vary. I have an O sized curl bar, and just for a rough estimate of how much it weighed, I stood it end up on my bathroom scale. 19 lbs, give or take. Not that bathroom scales are very accurate, so I just round it out to 20 lbs

Barbell Lunge (long stride) - 115 lbs for 5 reps each leg
These are a new exercise for me, so my numbers should be coming up pretty fast.
