One handed dumbell muscle/power snatch:

Left hand - 170lbs
Right hand - 172.5lbs
Bodyweight = 185lbs
Hoister, your lift would have been good enough for a gold medal the last time the one hand lift was in the Olympics (1896).

New 5RM!

Barbell Squat (low-bar) = 330 lbs for 5 reps (08/13/07)

I'm looking forward to testing my 1RM. I'm sure I can beat my current PR.

I got another new 5RM yesterday. This time it was on the Barbell Bench Press (regular-grip). I did two sets of 5 reps at 300 lbs.

Turkish Getup - 25kg for 1 rep right, left (10/30/07)

PR by 5 kg. Abs were screaming afterwards. Took 3 tries to get the left arm TGU, I should have done left first.

Recently I've only tried for pb's on squats. Tried again today and managed 250 pounds for 2 reps. Will be trying to make 300 (1rm) by Christmas.

Pushed out a 160kg (352lb) deadlift this morning, thinking it was 150kg.

New personal best for 1RM and 72kg body weight.

My girlfriend pushed out a body weight deadlift @ 52.5kg (116lb) for 1RM this morning too. Bloody hard work considering she has only been exercising for 4 weeks.
