Oh, I know. I honestly thought I wasn't even going to make it to 405. I'll test everything in 10 weeks and see where i'm at.

As part of my 40 day workout I picked lifts I don't usually focus on. So gains may not be typical :wink:

Snatch grip Deadlift
405lbs x 5reps x 2sets

Strict OH press
195lbs x 5reps x 2sets

ab rollouts (using a wheel)
20

KB swings
32kg x 35

haha - either way it's still impressive, i know when I weighed 300+ i struggled with getting above just 250 on bench.

225 x 1 deadlift

I've been lifting for about 6 weeks. 5'9" 150lbs. When I started 135lbs on the DL was heavy. I know they are sissy numbers and I'm in the 'noobgains' phase but I've never lifted anything that heavy in my life (28yrs)
