Good job! And you never have to apologize or explain your numbers--if you're working and improving your PR is just as good as anyone's.
i just wanted to encourage other members to post their records here, cause i don't think that everybody on this forum is as strong as the most posters in this thread

Oct 25, 2012, Bench Press 220 w/pause (competition style) at bottom
This is an extremely satisfying RM, as it is the first 1RM made on bench since my injury 11 months ago. My bench 1RM has sat at 215 for over a year, so long it was beginning to feel like a permanent memorial.

7 reps with the 44k dumbells on presses. It's a significant PR as the combined weight of the dumbells equals my bodyweight

If you can come back for 10 4 times, I'd think if you came to it fresh, did a little warm-up (pull-down? 1 or 2 chin-up singles?) you could beat it. If you're trying to max, it should be the first thing in your session. Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but I love chin-ups, and love to see people beat their PR!

I agree, its just difficulty finding a time in the week where I am not recovering from either a bicep/lat or back workout. But I might take a week off and see if I can max out a bit higher or at least properly put it first and do a warm-up
Now I just need to get my pull-ups up to scratch....

Dumbbell Snatch = 110 lbs for 1 rep each hand (10/30/12)
DB Rear Delt Row = 120 lbs for 6 reps each hand (10/30/12)
The dumbbell snatches were pretty ugly, but I'll take it. Also, it's worth mensioning that the 110 lb dumbbells at my gym have 1.5" diameter grips, while the 100 lb dumbbells have 1" grips.
