I've read that relatively few people are classic Ecto, Endo, or Mesomorphs. Supposedly most are some combination like Ecto-Mesomorphs or Endo-Mesomorphs.

From the wiki article it seems this is simply an outdated description anyway. Thing to note, the ectomorphs who added 40 pounds but weren't fit, trying to look like mesomorphs weren't lifting, just adding weight. I think they are more useful as an aesthetic characteristic, but they seem to be something you can change.

I've heard about this study in one of my college classes, but I've also heard the three terms used somewhat differently. The term ectomorph is sometimes used to describe hardgainers who are naturally very lean and excell in endurance sports (think Lance Armstrong). The term endomorph is sometimes used to describe easygainers, who can put on muscle with relative ease, but also tend to pack on unwanted weight easily, and tend to excell in strength sports (particullarly in the upper weight classes). Finally, mesomorphs are described as somewhere between ecto and endo. In some ways they have the best of both world, since their both lean and muscular (like a sprinter), however they can't compete with the best ectomorphs for endurance or the strongest endomorphs for strength. ..... Anyway, that's the theory.

Well, when you post on threads that he has spammed, you just move them back to the top of the list. It would be better for you to go to page 4, or wherever, and find the recent threads that you are interested in and post on them to get them back to the top.

To answer your questions, see the Random Crap thread.
